Due to the regularly increasing cost of sending heavy items overseas (anywhere outside the UK mainland) we have changed the way we work out surcharges for some of our items. Any item which weighs over 2KG (our large boots and some of our coats) is sent by Parcel Force from our office. The charge we pay for shipping will either be charged to the customer at the time of order (this will usually show up on your order when you check out) if it does not show at the time of checkout we will manually charge you at the time of despatch so please ensure there is enough money left on your card to cover the cost* Only those products which clearly say ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE will be affected.

 

Additional shipping costs vary depending on where in the world it is going. In Europe the charge is an additional £6.00 whilst outside the European Union it is £30.00. If you buy more than one product with additional shipping the shopping cart will charge for an excess for each item, however we will arrange a part refund for you if the actual shipping charge will be less than you have been charged.

For the purposes of the additional shipping charge overseas INCLUDES the Channel Islands, Europe and Rest of World but does not include Scottish Highlands and Islands.

 

* prouducts 00749, 00753, 00769, 00770, 00775, 00785, and 00791 - 00797 will be charged any applicable excess at the time of shipping as our software is unable to handle the variety of  charges for different countries automatically, also ALL overweight orders going to the Channel Islands will be charged the additional £6.00 at the time of despatch for the same reason.
