Bloomers are 100% cotton crushed cheesecloth, have elasticated waist and brocade lace trims at bottom. Bloomers should be tied just below knee and gathered about the thigh. Beautiful and very different. Perfect for Victorian, Steam punk or gothic lolita styles.
