Tailored Victorian Lolita style velvet coat. Coat is in a soft cotton velvet and is fully lined. Coat has a full skirt, a peter pan style girly collar and sleeves which are gathered at the top then taper to a braiding detail finishing with a gathered bell shaped cuff.
